The weekly charges for renting our property in 2022 fully inclusive of all linens, utilities (gas, electricity and BT Wi-Fi) and towels are as follows:

Month Weekly Cost January £380 February £400 March £400 April £500 May £500 June £600 July £680 August £680 September £600 October £500 November £400 December £380 (except for Christmas/New Year)

A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. Weekly changeover day is normally a Saturday.
